My courage is stronger than my fear.
 Lyndsey Pryor, trainer

Lindsey has been dancing since she was just 3 years old. Moving from a variety of styles, including ballet and tap, to study contemporary dance and choreography in Newcastle, she discovered her love for cheerleading and went on to compete nationally. After graduating, she joined the International Allstarzz, getting to perform in many different countries for football and rugby events. She has also danced for corporate events and companies such as ITV, the BBC, MTV, London 2012 and Canon. She has now moved onto kids cheerleading coaching as well as teaching over 50’s how to groove! She has become interested in fitness and loves seeing the positive changes in mind and body that it brings.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to your teenage self?

Don't fret about the small things. Just enjoy every experience and opportunity even if you're not sure whether you've made the right choice.

What are your best qualities?

I am organised, energetic and thoughtful. However my energy can sometimes be a downside because I often find it hard to relax!

What's the best advice you've ever received?

"Just try it - you never know, you might enjoy it."

I used to be a really fussy eater and my mum really struggled to get me to try new foods. Now I use this advice on a daily basis when I'm struggling with something new or different!
